Deposits protect your dates
A date is only confirmed once the host pays a 30% deposit through TAAL. Cancel under 14 days and the deposit compensates you for the held date.
Transparent 12% commission
Free to list. TAAL keeps 12% of your performance fee when you play — nothing else. The host's platform fee and GST are added on their side, never deducted from you.

TAAL earns 12% of your performance fee, only when you play. No listing fee, no subscription, no surprise deductions. The host pays the 5% platform fee and 18% GST on top.

Build your profile
Stage name, sound, story and logistics, plus your first package. Progress saves as you go.

Curation review
Our team listens to your audio, checks your footage and packages, and either approves you or tells you exactly what to improve.

Answer requests
Requests hold your date for 48 hours while you decide. Accept with a note, or decline with a reason — the host gets similar artists either way.
04
Perform & get paid
Once the deposit clears, the booking is confirmed. After the show, mark it completed; your payout is scheduled T+3 days after the event.

Fair questions.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. There's no listing fee or subscription. TAAL keeps 12% of the artist-side amount (your fee, extra time, travel and production) on bookings you perform.
Who sets the price?
You do. Packages, extra-hour rates and your outstation fee are yours to set and change any time. Changes apply to new requests; confirmed bookings keep their agreed price.
Do I have to accept every request?
No. Accept the ones that fit and decline the rest with a short reason. Unanswered requests lapse after 48 hours, so the host can move on.
When and how do I get paid?
Hosts pay a deposit to confirm and the balance before the event, all through TAAL. After you mark the performance completed, TAAL ops schedule your net payout to your verified bank account T+3 days after the event.
What happens if a host cancels?
30+ days before the event: Full refund of everything paid. 14–29 days before: 50% of the deposit is refunded; any balance paid is refunded in full. Under 14 days: Deposit is non-refundable; it compensates the artist for the held date.
Can I still take bookings outside TAAL?
Of course. Just block those dates in your TAAL calendar so you never get a request you can't take.
When can I share my phone number with a host?
Contact details are shared automatically once a booking is confirmed. Keeping conversations on TAAL until then is how we can protect your deposit.
I'm a solo act / DJ / ensemble — is TAAL for me?
Yes. Live bands, DJs, solo artists, duos, ensembles and live electronic acts are all welcome, starting in Mumbai, New Delhi, Bengaluru and Goa.
